Accommodation

Chata Bukovka is divided into two separate apartments (Fun and Relax), each for up to 10 people. Each apartment has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room, wine room, washing machine, fireplace, ski room and other equipment. Fun apartment additionally has a large game room, Relax has a sauna and terrace with a view.

  • Capacity: up to 20 people (entire cottage)
  • Parking: up to 8 cars on fenced property, electric car charging possibility
  • Outdoor equipment: children's playground, terrace, grill, garden
  • Ecology: heat pump, recuperation, LED lighting, water recycling

Equipment

The cottage is built with respect for the environment. It is low-energy, heated by a heat pump and air recuperation. All appliances in the house are class A, and lighting comfort is provided by energy-saving LED lighting. Rainwater is recycled for garden irrigation.

Parking

In front of the cottage is a spacious, fenced parking lot for up to 8 cars. An electric connection for 220 and 380 V is located next to the parking spaces, where you can, for example, charge your electric car. Unlimited use of electricity at the parking lot is charged at 500 CZK for an extended weekend and 1000 CZK for a weekly stay.

Apartments

The above-standard, modernly equipped cottage is divided into two completely separate parts, Fun and Relax. These apartments are accessed from a shared hallway, which is connected to a shared ski room. On the second floor, there is a spacious game room where connecting doors can be unlocked to combine both apartments into one unit.

  • Weekend Stays

    Available only outside the season (September, October, November, April, May)

    • 2 nights: 15,000 CZK/apartment (30,000 CZK for the entire cottage)
    • 3 nights: 18,000 CZK/apartment (36,000 CZK for the entire cottage)
    • 4 nights: 21,000 CZK/apartment (42,000 CZK for the entire cottage)
  • Summer Season

    term: 1.6. – 30.9. 2024

    • 36,000 CZK/7 nights/apartment (72,000 CZK for the entire cottage)
  • Winter Season

    term: 1.12. – 31.3.

    • 38,000 CZK/7 nights/apartment (76,000 CZK for the entire cottage)
  • New Year's Eve Term
    • New Year’s Eve term: 50,000 CZK/apartment
  • Easter Term
    • The Easter term 2025 is already booked
  • Christmas Term

Included in the price: Electricity. Water consumption. Municipal accommodation fees. Firewood (1 basket). Parking. Each appartment has own hot tub. Finnish sauna (in the Relax apartment). Draft beer dispensing equipment (tap) equipped with flat (Bernard) and bayonet (Pilsen keg) couplers is provided FREE OF CHARGE for our regular customers. If you are visiting for the first time, you can rent the equipment for CZK 700.

Weekend stays are available only outside the season.
